We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included. Some products, such as personal care items or customised goods, cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items. For damaged or faulty items, please contact support@lunarsale.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
